New family apartment in Prague city center.

The apartment is in one of the central districts in Prague- Vinohrady. It’s nice and even a little bohemian living district. A new two bedroom apartment in historical building after major repairs. The apartment is located near Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station. There is everything for comfortable long-term and short- term residence: two separate bedrooms, dining area and a kitchen with home appliances, a bathroom combined with a toilet, a washing machine, a Tv, internet and more. There are two rooms in the apartment: a bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, and there is also a kitchen with a dining area. Besides a kitchen set with a stove and an oven, a cooker hood and a fridge there is a table for 4 people, a Tv in the dining area. Among cooking utensils there is an electric kettle, a coffee maker and all necessary utensils. There is a hairdryer, a washing machine and an iron in the bathroom.

The apartment is located in one of the central districts of Prague-Vinohrady. It’s a pleasant, and even a little bohemian living district. There is a Tv tower not far from the house famous for its unusual decoration: creeping babies. You should go up there for enjoying a beautiful city view. There is also a miniature golf course, you can have a good time with your family there. You can find lots of restaurants, coffee houses, wine shops, and of course pastry shops. The most famous pastry shop is ” Erhartova cukrarna “- is 5 minutes from the Tv tower. Even closer there is Jiřího z Poděbrad square, which is beautified by Church of the Most Sacred Heart of our Lord. It attracts everyone’s attention by its unusual exterior view. There is also a farm market. Here you can buy vegetables, fruit, smoked sausages, fresh cheese, butter, bread, buns and rolls, fish, meat, honey, pickled vegetablesand jam. Besides farm products clay wares and handmade souveniers are sold there. In the afternoon you should walk in local parks: Rieger Gardens and Parukarzka.By the way Rieger Gardens is only 500 m from the house. There is also a playground for children and sport equipment for adults. Even running fans will love this park. For those people , who have intention to visit bars and restaurants in the evening, there is proper route. You can drink beer in Vinohrady brew house or taste traditional Czech cuisine in one of the local restaurants.

As we have mentioned, metro is very close to the apartment. It’ s a green line: Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station. All famous tourist places are located on this line. You get to Wenceslas square under five minutes, to Prague Chimes in Old Town and Old Town square ( Staroměstské náměstí)- 7 minutes and to Hradčany( The Castle District)and Prague Castle( Malostranská metro station)- 10 minutes. Besides metro there is a tram stop( 11 and 13 tram routes). Night tram number 91 is also stops there. You can easily get to Wenceslas square using those tram routes. The way from the airport to the apartment takes approximately 30-40 minutes. You should take bus the bus number 119 to Nadraží Veleslavin at the airport. Then you must change to metro ( green line) to Jiřího z Poděbrad. From the central railway station you can get to the apartment by metro ( metro station Hlavní Nadraží ) to Muzeum , then change to green line and you can easily get to Jiřího z Poděbrad. From the central bus station ( Florence) you can get to the apartment by metro( metro station Florence) to Muzeum, then change to green line and you can get to Jiřího z Poděbrad.

You can walk( to Wenceslas square it’s 12 minutes walk) or it’s faster to get there by public transport. There is a tram stop and a metro station nearby. There is everything for a comfortable living in this apartment: a kitchen with necessary home appliances and a dinner table, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a Tv set, internet and more. Pay attention, please: unfortunately, according to the rules of the house, we can’t rent this apartment for a company of young people.

The apartment has 3 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, a children’s room or a guest room with two beds (single and children’s 160 cm by 70 cm) and a wardrobe, as well as a living room combined with the kitchen. In addition to the kitchenette with a stove, stove, range hood and refrigerator, the large room has a dining table for 6 people, a sofa, which can also be turned into a small double bed, and a TV.
